Obituary for Constance "Connie" Tubiolo (Pavano)
Irondequoit: Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the age of 98. Predeceased by her husband, Andrew "Hank" Tubiolo;
brother, John Pavano; sister, Clara Johnson; great-granddaughter, Brooke Lynn. Survived by her loving sons, Andrew (Anne Rossi) and David Tubiolo; grandchildren, Andrew Tubiolo Jr., Adam Tubiolo, Joseph (Kristen) Tubiolo, Danielle Koehler; great-grandchildren, Andrew and Angelica Tubiolo, Cody (Emily) Graci, and Christian Tubiolo; great-great-grandchildren, Rogue Graci and Louis Tubiolo; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thanks to the entire staff of Hastings 2 at St. Johns Home for the loving care they gave to Connie.
Friends are welcome Monday 4-8pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home 1717 Portland Ave. Connie's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 9:30am at St. Kateri at St. Cecilia Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Home 150 Highland Ave. Rochester, NY 14620
