Rochester: Tuesday, July 16, 2019. Predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Flora; wife, Laura. Survived by his loving companion, Linda Fitzgerald; brother, Frank (Joanna) Fracassi; nieces, Renee Fracassi and Janell Vanegas; and many friends. Gerard was a retiree of Monroe County Department of Social Services.

No prior calling. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10am at Peace of Christ Parish at St. James Church.
